    ok nissans test drives booked for friday so we have a full set now. by the end of the month i will have driven every car on my list. the kit spreadsheet is done and as far as nice to haves etc the best are the citroens,mini monochrome,mg’s and the formentor. in order: mg formentor mini monochrome citroen.

    Test driving the QashQai might be counter productive, because if you like it your budget (which you must stick to) doesn’t extend to the variant with what you need as essential kit – A trap I have often fell into myself!

    Without further sounding like a nagging granny😂 the Citreon C3 is mild hybrid and the Aircross (145) full hybrid), so try to make a mental note so not to get mixed up and loose on economy.

    Good to see you trying an EV, whether it makes sense is another matter, but at least you have drove one.

    If you have time, try to familiarise how to turn off speed limit bing bongs for peaceful test drives, although all cars will have shortcuts for this and other driver aids, that you’ll soon get use to on the car you eventually choose.
