The misinformation is strong in this post. Our roads survived adequately for decades with HGVs but now, when funds are short for maintenance, it’s all EV’s fault the roads are crumbling. Yes, charging for disabled users, especially wheelchair users, needs improvement anyone trying to say otherwise needs to look around at public charging facilities. I’ll ignore the rest of the rant. BEVs are now a personal choice. Yet some are still reacting as if they’ve been held at gunpoint every time they go to a dealership. The reality is that you’ll have plenty of choice for decades to come, why not just roll with that? If you don’t want an EV, good for you, if I do why should I need to justify the new technology? They’re not as broken or unreliable as you’re making out.

Not sure about choice as most petrols are hybrids and unreliable even toyota has had starting troubles they say in reliability reports it is said the Mazda 2 ltr in the 3 model is more reliable than toyota and honda and it is the hybrids. And also being old school the quietness that is so boring and I am not saying the aftermarket exhausts are good but take the Abarth and the older Mini 1.6 cooper the sound was there quite throaty sound. I know the Evangelists will be out in force but it what many want to say and do say and it is true.
