@kezo , ihave to say this quarter is not what i expected, i thought all prices would go up and i would be in bother. the 2 favourites on my initil list the juke tekna and c3 aircross are pretty much out of the reckoning. the 2 mg’s have to be test driven but are up there pureley from a level of kit basis. i will keep the c3 on the list for the price and it has most of what i need just not some of the nice to haves on other cars. the hondas not sure about i will have a look but the mpg is on the low side. the bolters are the countryman’s suprised at the price and the uprate in basic kit electric tailgates a big plus. the electric ones pricewise are the cheapest 0ap 81.46 a week. so get a test drive the rest is down to i do like a mini..

The C3 if memory serves right is mild hybrid, the 145 in the aircross is full hybrid.

The 2l ZRV hybrid is 40-45mpg  and HRV is closer to 50mpg. Theres a thread on the ZRV if you search.

Bothe MG’s will be economical, as they can operates in parallel hybrid mode, where the electric motor assists the petrol engine, and in series hybrid mode, where the electric motor drives the wheels (Think Nissan E-Power).

Not sure having electric is the right thing for you to do, when you have no way of charging at home and in the event of feeling unwell having to go out to charge, especially if you need to makr gp or hospital appoinment, but that decision is yours to decide.
