    I don’t give up easily so have responded to the derisory response as follows: “Dear Mr Miller, Unfortunately you sent me what feels like a template response and did not address my specific complaint at all. I wish to escalate my concerns- please give me an email address of your Chairman or some whom you are responsible to. I’m sorry but the sense of frustration and betrayal you have helped foster is not going to subside for the time being. Yours….” Lets see what happens next.
