I’m puzzled as to why the grants team would allow an extension when the people I spoke to wouldnt ?
We’ve had 5 motability cars – all have been returned in excellent condition. I merely wanted an extension on the lease to cover the time when my partner recuperates from an op as she cant get out.
Obviously I am not going go to the hassle of buying another car and then returning to the scheme in a few months when she feels able to get out and about.
I mean its completely ridiculous.
