No I can’t afford it but that besides the gear shift on the right-hand stalk would mean having a more complicated and more expensive Lodgesons remote control because I believe they moved the wiper stalk to the left-hand side of the steering wheel. While the wipers are automatic there are times when a wipe is needed when the auto wipers don’t work.
Looking for hybrid to help with running cost but at £5K or more AP plus another £1K for adaption and limited to a 3 year lease rules the Hybrid Tiguan out as does the Touran and going by what were seeing in the Tiguan forum the new Tigger seems to have problems.
No problems with the current Tiguan though and apart from the two tyres the only other thing I’ve had trouble with is the sunglasses holder keeps jamming but that might be down to myself lining the inside with felt to stop the rubber mat in there marking my glasses.
Ordering a Ford Kuga ST-Line X Hybrid tomorrow, top of the line with just about every extra you could need, even rear heated seats and sunroof all for under £2,300 AP.
