We fill out an online form, a GP reviews it, last three times I’ve had two appointments same day and one with the practice nurse 3 days later. I once filled out the form around 1pm and got in at 4pm. I much prefer this to the 8am phone scramble. The old system you would be ringing at 7.59am and when the call got through you were 20th in the queue.
