Disabled drivers with a blue badge are automatically exempt from congestion charge if their vehicle is registered as disabled class by DVLA.
In addition, any blue badge holder can open a Congestion Charge account with TFL that will allow them to have 2 additional vehicles congestion charge free , petrol, diesel or EV.
Nothing will change for a Disability driver of an EV after the imposition of the charge.
