    On the plus side Vertu would have gone over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb to covers themselves, hopefully it will be ok when the vehicle is returned.

    I highly doubt it, they still haven’t even discussed the My Renault app not working to show remote locking and unlocking, lights, horn etc etc. They also made me very aware that they were “Very Busy” and they would “Try and squeeze my car in” so I also doubt that they’ve even considered anything else being correctly attached or not.
