No problem at all @Speedyrelief, yes it has a foot sensor to open the boot, middle section under the bumper, with a forward kick and retreive, also it don’t fly up fast at you, in fact could be classed as slow compared to my Volvo, which I found to quick opening..
Again yes it does have different settings and drive modes (I’ve not needed them, Wife do😆) It can be found on screen the setting, sport, comfort etc…
As far as I’m aware and always do, yes you must press the start button to select drive, also must have seatbelt on to move unless reversing.
However as long as you have the key on you in person keyless entry, boot release including foot boot sensor opening.
Also the app is great, i.e preheat, lock unlock, find car, demist, heated seats,steering wheel..
If possible I’d highly advise a test drive and a chat with MG, thing is the car has it all tbh, only choice of change is colour, interior only come with one extra choice of colour..
I think you’ll find(if you go) the sales staff very relaxed about the product, as there’s not much to choose and it’s all as standard… it sells its self, I found, but we all differ..
