So, in brief, I think paying towards fuel is becoming more common. With less work being authorised (such as final service) by Motability, I think dealerships are having to penny pinch in response to less work they can bill to Motability.
Well they (at least mazda and skoda) are now charging £120 to check your car under the warranty. Nothing surprises me anymore nowadays- no order, no respect to the customers. Just fill in your pockets ASAP.
N.B. If you have been requested by the dealer to pay £120, refuse to pay and don’t sign any paperwork. It should all be dealt by and recorded in ClickOne or something like that- the leasing companies software.
