@kezo I’ve now had the same email reply to you, but with an added line after the first sentence saying “Please be informed that the free PLUS subscription was assigned to your vehicle”. I’ve just checked the Bluelink app on my phone and under ‘Current Plan’ it’s now changed from Bluelink Lite to Bluelink PLUS. I’m not going to follow any of the instructions in the email unless the live traffic stops working in the car.
