    Yes, but as it keeps happening I hope they change the unit on Friday as I don’t trust it. Just shows though that they could have sorted it days ago.

    Now it’s in the hands of the CEO department, you should be able to go direct to them, if it happens again and request a replacement providing of course it’s not set in motion to be done Friday. However, you normally get a follow up call asking how things are going and you could stress how the issue keeps happening and you’d favour a replacement as a favourable outcome.

    Of course if there is a no show on Friday, you can always send another email across to the CEO informing them of the no show and it was your understanding it was been replaced as Ohme told you, your charger was broken.
