An update. I went outside and noticed the charger was lit up so thought I would plug one of the cars in. Low and behold it’s charging again. Somebody must have dialed in and got it working.
Brilliant! A kick up the arse most likely.
Ohme could have and should have done that for you yesterday, without the need to wait for an engineer visit.
