My understanding the 14.2kW net battery size is the usable size, our Suzuki Across has a 18.1kW battery 14.3kW usable, if that is the case 55 EV miles seems achievable.
Yes net c16kw gross. You might be right, as it has an electric motor on rear axle for AWD, like the Across/Rav4, which will be lighter than the conventional AWD setup on da Tucson. The other thing that needs to be taken in consideration, is Toyota have perfected hybrids 🙂
The downside according to Fleet news long term test they achieved only 30mpg as a hybrid with a depleted battery.
I just cannot believe the AP being asking for run of the mill EV’s i.e Renault 4 and 5 etc these are not expensive vehicles especially as Mobility is VAT exempt, surely there must be better private lease deals out there.
