Sounds like a mixture of public and your own charger tariffs.
Either way, I moved from Octopus Intelligent Go to E.On back in April or so. They offer 7 hours (as opposed to 6 I think with octopus) of 7p charging at night. I know Octopus can charge the car during the day if there’s off pick, but it was irrelevant to me.
Note that with the help from our great economist RR, the tariffs will go up shortly.
