The couple that run the corner shop often bring curries or snacks into the shop and will allow to try them. They once told me, we aren’t bult for hot peppers like they were brought up on and that their school age kids eat what they do and is often hotter than we would eat, I can believe that. The other thing there food is tasty as will as hot, not like western adapted curries. I once tried a cheese cube on a coctail stick, whils’t it was very nice initially, it son got v hot.
