I’d certainly be informing Motability, especially if you still have gearbox, handbrake issues and rattles, requesting termination on mechanical grounds. If those are now sorted and it’s just the bumper, I’d still inform Motability, as they will get it soted alot quicker than you. Write everything down prior to contacting them and go from your list everything that has been wrong with the car, whats still wrong with it and what you want from Motabilty perspective, an mechanical termination or it repaired.[/quote

It’s just come back from the dealer today after 48 hours just slightly shinier than it was before. I’ve been told they won’t do a respray because it’ll be “too noticeable” and that’s why they won’t fit a new bumper either apparently. They’ve tightened my handbrake but it still rattles so I need to empty everything in it so I can pinpoint where it’s coming from ready to call Motability as of Monday morning.
