    Yes indeed that is what I meant, BS thingy I called it the kitemark cos i couldnt remember an that is what it used to be called.

    To make and sell number plates you must be registered with the dvla as an authorised supplier, they have a code name for that as well. Halfords is authorised, the ebay guy is not or he would supply his dvla authorisation number or code. It used to be that they had to be made in the uk, but they slacked off on that stipulation.

    As i said if its your own car, fill your boots an go for it. But its a motability car probably better stay within the law.
