So if Halfords or any reputable motor factors (which do) sell through ebay, they would be illegal?
I don’t get why because, I recently got a par for the 220d’s MOT. They required proof of ownership (V5 or retention document), ID and are traceble with the companies name (not visable on the listing), so traceable and have BS no. on them however, you should always read the listing.
