    1. Indeed let Motability know about the issue in case the issues will persist and you can use your timely communication as a leverage for early termination on mechanical grounds.

     

    2. It is very kind of the garage to source you a vehicle. I assume you have no adaptations. Still I would ask for a hire vehicle from Motability – they work with Proximo.
