The dealer has given me the VIN number and I’m sure that I read in the past that you could then use the Skoda app to track its journey from the port to the dealer. But I can’t see a way in the app of doing this. Anyone else any the wiser? Or is it a case of ringing up the dealer every week and saying “where is it now”? Pretty sure he’d get fed up of me!
I tried this when I ordered my Enyaq, got the VIN from the dealer but you can’t use it in the app if you are in the UK, another Brexit bonus it seems. Pretty sure this works fine for European customers.
Just have to keep asking the dealer, their systems seem to have a pretty good idea where the car is at a given time.
