I doubt it’s because you are with Motability, the service department will get paid exactly the same for warranty work, lease or private .
Agreed, never had a problem yet with any service department.
Surely a courtesy car for the day is preferable anyway? It’s the first thing I arrange for when booking Mrs 72 dudes Motability car in for a service.
