I.ve never had a problem with bluelink. A couple if times its not been able to connect, but later on its fine. Never had to do any resets. Not had problems with menus disappearing either. As suggested, voice activation works fine. Its satnav is useless, I connect the phone and use Googlemaps or Waze.
