These are legal requirements for any new car.
As for the stuff in general.. Most of them are annoying, one thing i actually check before ordering is how easy it is to turn them off, and if it can be done without taking eyes off the road.
Nothing you can do. There are, allegedly, ways to do it, but you’d potentially void warranty and insurance, since you’re faffing with legally required safety stuff.
