Yeah i do think that they wouldn’t offer the IM as a premium variant if it had a run of the mill chinese infotainment system.
I’d just like to judge it for myself prior to making statements one way or another. I can only judge it based on past experiences with chinese systems, which in this case is probably not fair.
I didn’t particularly like the Ioniq 5 infotainment either for that matter, i found it unintuitive to find things – but that might be simply because i’m used to VAG offerings. That said, the GLA we played with was intuitive enough, too.
I’m sure i’m biased in some way, we have an MG dealership not far, next time we drive past i’ll pop in and see if they got one to gaze at/play with.
