Unless things changed, you don’t have to return your vehicle on 31/10 if on 30/10 you placed an order for a new one. It doesn’t matter how long it will take to deliver. So in theory you have plenty of time to see if the vehicle you want is back on the scheme. I will struggle to believe anyone can tell you with a level of confidence above 50% if Born will return. I would assume same as Skoda Elroq, once supply issues will be addressed there are chances it will be back.
