Hi all, Just had a quick question I’m hoping some of the knowledgeable folk here can help me answer. I’ve currently got a car on order but have very much been swayed by a change in AP on another car. I’m considering cancelling my current order and reordering another car – the problem is that I have already paid £1000 towards the AP of the car I have on order. I know from doing more reading about this that I shouldn’t have paid any AP upfront. But now that I have I’d like to know if I’m going to be able to get this back if I cancel. From what I remember I didn’t sign any contract with the dealer that stated I’d forfeit any deposit if I cancelled so I should be fine I just want to know if I should anticipate any issue if I decide to continue.
