I do agree, but if you make a mistake and forget the parcel shelf, and take it the next day, well before the car gets picked up, and they still dont pay you, thats totally unreasonable.
Considering the have about 4 billion in reserves of our money, and tax payers money, thats not on. Im having to complain to the financial ombudsmen
