This is incorrect. Last two vehicles I have purchased after a phone call and signed using digital signature – it is 21 century.
Technically speaking, they’re correct. At this point, I’ve had multiple conversations with Motability and every time they’ve mentioned the dealer didn’t follow the correct procedure, and it HAS to be in person.
