2, No dealer can accept a Motability order via phone or email.
If it were me I’d be cancelling on principal and trying to find a dealer with a suitable vehicle in stock, getting a stock vehicle used to be really difficult but looking at the offers and deals page on here it’s clear that dealers have realised that Motability can be useful to reach end of quarter targets.
