Hi congrats on the new car sorry to hear you’ve had niggles. Have you tried different charging ports just to rules out faults the other front one or the rear or different cables or do you mean wireless charging?

One thought I just had switch yoyr phone to only charge when connected it could be trying to setup Android Auto or the Apple thing and it’s upsetting the charge only one of the front usb ports is for that so either set the phone to charge only not data transfer or android/apple auto or ensure you use the other port

For wireless I did find initially that my thick real leather case impacted the cars ability to charge it wirelessly but that affected other wireless chargers too so just ensure there’s nothing else in the case getting in the way and make sure there’s nothing in that cubby hole getting in the way.

If its cables try different ones I’ve found so many bad cables on Amazon over the years, make sure you have decent quality usb c cables no adapters.

As for the fan is it definitely set to a single speed? There’s 3 different auto settings low, medium and high it’s supposed to remember what you set it to but that might be worth checking otherwise the fan will ramp up and down to meet the climate control temp setting.

It might be worth resetting the car just in case, the old adage turn it off and on. In this case disconnect the negative on the 12v battery and leave for 5 mins or so then reconnect and see if that helps.

If it still has issues after that call the dealer and get it booked in. I’m guessing you’ll have the latest updates but you can always ask

If you open  settings on the touchscreen the swipe right to information about software  and rap that you should get your software version mines on 4.1 yours will be 5.x I expect being newer different hardware
