You’ll need to get in touch with the installers as the hoist along with the car is covered for breakdowns.
I had to call them once because I had a problem with my scooter not quite reaching the ground on some surfaces so needed to add a couple of millimetres to the loading strap, mobile service team of my installer more or less came around to fix within hours of calling them.
