Hi – I’m glad you have found a car that fits your family’s needs.
Please be very careful with Vauxhall as we had major issues with our current Grandland. They invited us to a VIP day to see the car as at the time there were none available to sit in. At the VIP the Vauxhall Professional Driver sales team said the car we sat in was the car we would get. It was perfect for us because I needed a fully electric adjustable driver’s seat.
We ordered at the VIP event and were told delivery would be around six months due to the unfortunate Ukrainian war situation meaning parts were delayed. We chased the dealership and they just kept telling us they didn’t know when it would be delivered.
When we finally got a delivery date of December I found out online (On this forum) that the car’s specifications had changed but the dealership and Motability had no idea (Or so they say!) I was told by the dealership that they wouldn’t know what the spec of the car would be until it arrived on the transporter and I could make up my mind then.
It was a completely different spec with many missing features and the dealership just lied about it and then had the cheek to ask for a good review on Google!
Luckily Motability helped me get adaptations done to the car but the whole experience was a total nightmare.
I’m sure you can find the posts here as there were quite a few unhappy customers and Vauxhall customer service said they could not do anything about it. I will never use Vauxhall again but everyone has a different experience.
I hope you have a much more positive experience.
Regards Andrew
