Hello, we have been using a Masterplug 15 m three-pin cable pretty much exclusively for charging our PHEV for about 18 months now. The first cable died, but within warranty and was replaced for free by Halfords. I think water got into it, so I put an upturned bucket over the box bit now if it’s wet. It did get quite warm, so now we’re careful to fully uncoil that, and the heavy-duty extension cable we use, and it’s much better.
