Car is back and the garage were extremely apologetic and arranged for it to be delivered back to me ( free of charge) which was a really helpful and kind thing to do all – all valeted and sparkly clean and hopefully no more 12v battery issue. It does seem to be a car industry problem these batteries including in ICE cars. But at least I know how to break into my car now should anything odd like that happen again !
