I will be the main driver for my partner. She has her heart on the Peugeot 2008 GT (petrol). Her quality of life would be much easier if I was driving so it would be nice to get a car as soon as possible. Unfortunately, this is the car she wants and that is not a winnable battle for me to fight. lol I passed my test yesterday and its looking like if we want an in “stock” car I will need to travel around 2 hours on a motorway. Some people think its not a big deal since I have passed my test so I can drive and others think its irresponsible to drive not only a new car but also drive on the motorway without driving independently on normal roads for a while. I don’t mind and think it shouldn’t be that much different than 60mph dual carriageways I have been on. Would you? Its a 1.2 engine so its not like I’m picking up a top of the range fast car.
Congratulations on passing your driving test I bet you are all excited, our friends have the 1.2 engine in the Citreon C4 they love it, if you don not feel 100% confident you could always take an experienced drive with you, plus they can always advise when the salesman starts giving out the bull, they will promise the earth just to get your signature.

Unfortunately I have suffered a brain injury and occasionally I get confused and often say the wrong thing.
