The new Tesla Model Y is exceptional value compared to its peers. Like you, I cope with a granny charger with our PHEV but would definitely want a home charger if we go EV next time. As you say, you can then get a cheaper tariff as well. Not sure if my Heath Robinson electrical setup would cope with it though 🫣
