The people who can order your car are-
1) The customer – the person in receipt of the government mobility allowance.
2) An appointee – a third party appointed by DWP (Social Security Scotland), legally appointe to act on behalf of the customer in managing their allowance. This often happens with younger children but, can carry on into adulthood and be a parent or carer
3) In some cases, someone with Power of Attorney with documentation showing your name.
Unfortunately being plain old dad won’t surfice sorry :-
