I phoned motability and was advised that I could change for a fee of £250. I said that I’ll have to struggle on with my existing car and she suddenly dropped it to £50.
ive just ordered an Elroq as it meets my needs and the car I wanted was already built and sitting at the exit port. I’ve been advised it should be here around the end of next month.
i would phone back as you often get different responses with different advisors. I would phone back and explain that you are really struggling with the Niro but not to mention a new car that you’ve found. They said to me that they diddnt want me struggling to use my existing car and would like to help. I was upset at having to change early and did lose my GCB but it was just one of those things…..quality of life etc.
