I have had new factory ordered cars arrive before the existing lease has expired and Motability have always insisted that we cannot take delivery until the day the existing lease has ended. As @BigDave suggests, there’s no harm in asking again, but my hunch is that if they allow you to change early, even by a month, they will class it as an early termination and you will lose any entitlement to a Good Condition Bonus.
