Hi all, I finally decided on a Škoda Elroq for my next vehicle on Motability. I have 8 weeks to go to my natural end of lease on current car. The Škoda dealership has the exact vehicle I want in their delivered stock but can’t hold it for 8 weeks, so my new vehicle has to be a 12 week factory order. I have been experiencing severe worsening problems getting in and out of my present Niro car, so want out of it as soon as possible. Some days I avoid going out atall because of problems. I phoned Motability and explained I could be in the new vehicle within a week, rather than put up with another 12 weeks of struggling in my Niro. They point blank refused. Anyone else come across this problem? Regards, wonky
I would be tempted to ring back and hope to speak with a different advisor who may be a bit more empathetic.
The worst they can say is ‘no’ again!
