Sorry to correct you, but it can be done.
Each dealership is allocated a limited number of Confirmed Delivery Date (CDD) ‘Free Passes’ each quarter which does allow the dealership to breach the 4 day rule without penalty.
If the dealership exceeds the ‘Free Pass’ allocation, then the dealership is, in effect, penalised by £155 for each transaction over the free pass allocation. Some dealerships maybe willing to swallow this penalty in order to get a quick sale, but that is up to them.
