Thanks for posting the articles in full. I still think that Motability are missing a trick and should adopt the two suggestions that I made in my last post in order to fend off a lot of the criticism. I don’t think that Andrew Millers response is robust enough.
I was very surprised to read that they “take back thousands of cars every year due to abuse”. Clearly the level of benefit abuse and abuse of the scheme is at a level of magnitude that is well above what many of us thought.
