I tried removing and re-pairing the car and also selecting a different model. Both times it said it couldn’t access my Skoda account so had to continue un-paired (which is why it can’t read the battery info etc. from the car). I managed to get into my Skoda account via the MySkoda App, logged out and in again to make sure I had the correct details so it’s not me giving the Ohme App the wrong info. Hopefully Ohme will sort it out.
Have you gone through the Help section on the App?
