Hi, everyone. Had OHME charger fitted back in October 24. Fitting was properly done and easy to arrange. Installers really knew their business and kept ne informed all through the process. Had a few problems with the pre-installation data which OHME ask for. For example, I didn’t know how to take and send a video of proposed site. Indeed, didn’t think a moving image was needed at all. Simple still pic covers everything. OHME were useless in trying to help. Didn’t even know a video was asked for and could not work out how I could send data without video. Installers were brilliant and sorted everything.
Unit has worked perfectly so far (went live in November 24). I believe this is largely due to the fact that I will not use/install the app. If I did try to use mobile to control stuff in car there would be only one outcome: it will go wrong/break down – this always happens when I try to use twatphone for anything other than making calls.
Indeed, from posts on here, it seems most of problems with digital functions occur when owners are using app.
