The government have not announced any cuts to any disability allowances.
Some people do seem happy to be wallowing in and peddling utter tosh, based on nothing but rumour based on rumour, based on tabloid journalists’ wild musings, based on fresh air!
If, as or when the Government make a formal announcement on any such matters, that is the time to discuss them.
Until then, spreading such rumours and journalistic hogwash only serves to pile even more distress, worry and anxiety on to those who do genuinely worry about such matters.
