Can you take a grant application there? Might be worth checking if there’s a staged process.
Only complaints in relation to the Motability Operations (leasing/vehicles etc) side of things can be taken to the Ombudsman. Complaints about Motability Foundation (the charitable side/grants etc) have a different process: https://www.motabilityfoundation.org.uk/contact-us/motability-foundation-complaint-process/ Ultimately the complaint process ends with the governors of the charity who have delegated their authority to the CEO. Hence he/she is where the process ends. If the complaint is regarding malfeasance by the charity as a whole for example, or fraud by the charity etc it could be taken to the Charity Commission, however they do not deal with individual complaints such as whether or not a grant is issued etc. Edit – you posted your post above whilst I was typing (not easy in a tractor!).
