Yup that’s exactly what I thought different parts of the business etc but seems the next step would be to email asking to escalate to the CEO. In my experience of other businesses this can be where they get squeaky bum time and then magically start listening, no guarantee of course but you’d be surprised how often staff suddenly don’t want the info on the CEOs desk.
Our housing association had been messing us about over black mold in the babys bedroom, stage one complaint fobbed off, stage 2 yes we messed up we’ll put it right, didn’t hear back again. Wrote back sayingg thx for admission of fault now stage 3 to the CEO please. We then got the housing manager out and they said what do you want so we got storage heaters ripped out and oil boiler fitted, new kitchen and bathroom so it does work sometimes.
