The grants complaint has upheld all aspects of the complaint and told us that we do not need a car with heated seats as a heated cover or hot water bottle could be used and range is not a problem on ANY EV due to public charging being widely available so the only EV they are willing to consider would be the van variants previously mentioned which all have a real world range of 120 miles or so.
